Return and Exchange Policy – Golden Touch Company

- The customer has the right to inspect and examine the product in front of the company's representative at the time of actual delivery. If any obvious issue appears, such as breakage, a difference in color or model, or the product not matching the order, the customer must immediately refuse to accept the product. It will then be returned to the representative directly, without the customer incurring any additional charges. The integrity of the product's original packaging is required for any exchange or return.

In the Event of a Manufacturing Defect Within 24 Hours of Delivery: If a manufacturing defect is discovered in the product within the first 24 hours from the date of delivery, please contact us immediately. In this case, the customer is entitled to a return or an exchange. After 24 Hours of Delivery: If a manufacturing defect is discovered after 24 hours from the date of delivery, the customer must refer to the product's technical support for a repair in accordance with the legal warranty terms. The company is committed to all legal clauses and durations of the product's warranty.

Exchange Policy (Without Defect) If a customer wishes to exchange a product for another without a manufacturing defect, it is permitted on the condition that: The exchange is requested within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product is in its original, unused, and unopened condition. The product is returned with all accessories, original packaging, and the original invoice. In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (to and from), in addition to the price difference if the replacement product is of higher value.

If a customer wishes to return the product definitively without a manufacturing defect, the request will be accepted under the following conditions: The return must be requested within 18 days from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from). The refund amount will be reduced by the fees imposed by the shipping company, such as the unboxing fee at the time of inspection, in addition to 14% VAT on the shipping costs. The refund will be issued after the company confirms the product and its original packaging are in good condition and all terms have been met.

Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted No request for return or exchange will be accepted in the following cases: If the product has been used, opened, or does not meet the original conditions. If the integrity of the product's original packaging has been compromised. If it is proven that the product was damaged as a result of misuse after delivery. For products that were customized or modified upon the customer's request, they will not be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect proven by a certified technical report.
